Hi,

We are preparing for I-130 to be submitted in the embassy on april 22, 2014... Please enlighten us on these:

1) i have just submitted my ICR card as permanent resident here in the philippines In Ilo-ilo for renewal, can i just bring the receipt of my payment if in case the card wont arrive before the filing date?

2) can we just pay the filing fee in peso cash at embassy.
