After I -129F petition approval what is the next step?

After the petition got approved, they will send the hard copy of the approval to the petitioner and it has your case number, with that case number the beneficiary is able to do the medical. You actually could call the NVC to get the case number. Your next step is also to prepare the affidavit of support form & documents and send it to beneficiary.
