Hey everyone.

Me and my USC fiance are about to send our I-129F package in a couple of weeks. Here are my questions.

1. How to pay the $340 fee for the I-129F package?

2. What to put in the package itself as the proof of the payment?

I'm sorry if this sounds a dumb question, thanks for helping us out in advance.

You need to include a check drawn on a US Bank for $340 made out to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

The details are on page 6 of the I-129F instructions.

Did you read my question? My question is about how to pay for the package and NOT about the Form I-129F itself.

I did. So does that mean that we should send the check or the money order with the package as a proof of payment?

I think you need to look up how checks work.

Just ask, what did you use when you send all your documents? Did you put them in an envelop? use fastener to clip all the documents together or use stapler
