Thank you guys. All I can do now is wait. So it will be about five months to we get a second action of notice and that will be the decision, whether they approve the petition or not? N then after that I go to the interview? So this whole process can take up to a year right.... From this moment to when I can be here for good?

:guides: easily accessible at the top of the forum page. As has been previously mentioned to you, review the approximate time lines in the K-`1 Flowchart:

Good luck on your visa journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

You can check the timelines on VisaJourney to get an idea. It doesn't always take 5 months, it's shorter nowadays and CSC is usually 2-3 months. After NOA2, it depends on your country and how fast thing are processed there.

Here's a flowchart to help you out:

Also, it would be helpful to everyone else & you if you created your Timeline & put more information in your profile, like country Visa's being requested from? Then you can go to your Portal for info more specific to your country. I know I've spent a good bit of time in the German Portal.

My best advice is to expect the 5 month mark for the NOA2 but you can always hope for earlier. We are at TSC and 92 days out from our NOA1.

Once you fill out the timeline you will see an estimated date based off of other member's data as to when you may get your NOA2. I kept getting excited because it kept saying a much sooner date than I thought. It turns out that it was being affected by a lot of applications from the Typhoon victims in the Philippines that were being rush processed.

Now I am trying to get myself to have less expectations and hope for the best time-wise.

I pray you get processed quickly but try not to get your expectations up :)

Good luck!

I129F SENT: 12-24-2013

TEXAS SERVICE CENTER

NOA1: 01-02-2014

NOA2: 05-14-2014

NVC received and assigned case #: 5-29-2014

Left NVC: 06-04-2014

Interview Scheduled: 6-24-2014 SO EXCITED!!!!!!!! :dancing::star:
