I-130 approved and not yet received by NVC but mother is coming this month to US

Hi,

I applied for my mother to get green card, case was approved and not yet received by NVC, can my mother come to US, and i can file adjustment, she is coming because my wife is expecting to deliver baby. I am so frustrated because its taking USCIS 3 months to ship the case.

please help.

I petition for my wife and two daughters both under 21years.my question is about affidavit of support,do I have to file I-864 for my two daughters or i file the I-864w for them as am a U S citizen they will acquire citizenship upon admission.i know I should file I-864 for my wife.

absolutely 100% NO. coming to the US with a visitor visa with the intent to adjust status is visa fraud it carries a lifetime ban with no appeal or waiver. once again...ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!
