K1 visa denied! What next?

Hello everyone.

After my Interview on January 28, 2014, I was put in AP until April 2,2014,during which I had RFE twice.

I finally got denied.

The CO said haven gone thru all the evidences we've submitted, he still doesn't find our relationship real. He also said he thinks it's for immigration purpose and not for marriage purpose.

It's hard to endure but, we can't kill ourselves just because "someone" doesn't believe we're in love.

Now that my decision has been reached and it's not favorable to me, what do you suggest we (my Fiancé and I) do now?

Do we get married and file I-130? Or

Do we file an appeal of the denied K-1?

most k1 's are past the validity period when they are returned so they are declared expired when uscis gets them back and you don't get to appeal. you can marry and file a cr1 and address the issues or file a new k1 and address the issues. you do not need to wait until they first K1 is returned to do either.

Marry and file for a CR-1, and continue to accumulate evidence of a bona fide relationship for later use.

If you apeal you are going to expend more money and you arent going to win northing.

Best way get marry.

One you are denied you are denied.

Here is some advice, free of charge. If an immigration office does not believe your relationship is bona fide, you may want to look for the red flags yourself. These people are trained to spot fraud where you may be blinded by love. Whether you are the sponsor or beneficiary, take a real look at your circumstances. The immigration officer also has access to who has applied before and through whom so they will know if someone is using Americans just to get to the U.S.

They won't come out and tell you that you are being used or that they know you are a user, but denial of an application is a huge clue to you that something may not be right with your relationship.

Haven't you seen all the posts from others who have been duped and now want their foreign spouses deported?

Do yourself a favor and reassess your situation. Once you are married and the person is here, there is no turning back. You cannot get them kicked out. Just sayin.....
