Many folks don't receive a packet. Follow the instructions you were given.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

has any petitionner received the packet 3 in Email? they sent me email to sumit the ds 160 online and make profile in ustravel.com and gather all necessry documents for interview and then schedule interview online in the ustravel.com website. has anyone got this Email?

Yes, lots of people receive packet 3 via e-mail now, just follow the instructions and you'll be fine :)
