221g Joint sponsor needed

So i was hoping for good news since the interview went well last week... they didn't check any of my updated financial documents: job, tax, pay stubs, bank etc...

and the interview was approved and we were asked to pick up the passport in a week. instead husband received a letter 221g joint sponsor needed.

Now is there any way i can prove my income is sufficient ? with out a joint sponsor. OR they just need a joint sponsor ? The letter says He needs a joint sponsor. and we have no body really. is there any way around it ? to prove my income .

'how can you prove your income is sufficient if you don;t meet the minimum income requirements? Unless your income is above the minimum requirements you need a joint sponsor. The CO has the final decision. You can't prove income you don't have so I'm not sure how you think you can "get around it"

it is above the poverty guidelines! yes i had not file the 2013 tax because april 15 wasnt passed. but they didnt even gave us chance to present all updated docs job letters and stuff. altough i gave them one from november.

There is probably no way around the cosponsor, unless you think they missunderstood something you submitted.

i had updated docs that i didnt get chance to present in intervew and we were approved. by "way around" i mean is there anyway they will give me a chance to present my own docs without joint sponsor.

i make way enough above the guidelines for household of 2 people. its been over a year now for my current job. this is my first full time job though(2013 taxes were not submitted to them) but job letter and pay stubs were.

I have few questions:

On the letter it says need a AOS from joint sponsor, along with all supporting documents from the most recent tax year:
1. copies of official IRS tax transcripts/returns and W-2 forms from the most recent tax year
2. proof of legal status as a U.S. Citizen;
3. current job letter and or business license.

It said recent twice, does it mean they are looking at recent only and not previous years for joint sponsor?

My second question:
In my household for taxes its me and my husband, for the joint sponsor possibly my father has everyone in family.

On the I-864, on the section where it asks you to calculate household size, it lists:

a) person you are sponsoring;
b) yourself;
c) spouse if married;
d) dependent children;
e) any other dependents;
f) anyone you've sponsored previously;
g) anyone else in the household who is filling out an I-864A.

So When I calculate the poverty guidelines where will my husband fall under? Is he counted in my updated AOS and my dad's AOS too ?

and when the joint sponsor fills out AOS will I be counted in his household?

Yes, There is a way..... The Co asked me to Submit Joint Sponsor too.. But My Fiance Said That her Income is more Sufficient than the guide Line... And She Sent them an Email explained everything in Detail.. After That They sent email that they don`t need Joint Sponsor.. If you also have sufficient to prove.. Nothing to worry Send them email..wait for the reply of their email.. and attach the email with 221g and send them back.......
