Yes, I'm trying to pay the AOS fee as well, and it keeps timing out with a server error.

lets keep each other posted, just tried what Skukie said but its still not going through.

I had that problem a couple of times last night. After you fill out your banking information, you need to click the "I agree" box. After you click on that box, the page resets itself and THEN you can submit the payment. I was too impatient the first couple of times.

See if this works for you.

Called NVC this morning, took about 10 tries to get past the busy signal, on hold 25 min. Received case 4 April but not in the system yet so they wouldn't take my email addresses. At what point do we give them that? Thanks!

Does NVC follow a clear "first in first out" or do they operate just like NVC?

I think they are about 90% accurate, I was able to guess the week I received my case # which is not possible with their sister "USCIS"

I paid both of mine on Saturday night... It was too easy to hand over money to the government. I didn't get any errors. Waiting for those fees to clear and show PAID ! ! !! I'm in a big big hurry... can you tell????

I wonder if the glitch in the computer is on purpose. Possibly to hold people off so they can keep up with the work flow?? Just a thought.

Anything is possible right now!

I called today again, no case # yet! it has been 20 business day so far! I wounder if they will take the entire 30 business days!!!!!!

I just paid both fees. I don't care what my lawyer thinks. He never called me back so I just paid them. Does it really matter whether I pay or I pay him to pay??? ...and then take the chance of him delaying it another week?? NO THANKS !!!

Hopefully they will clear by Monday. And he'll get all my docs on Monday .. He can get busy doing the cover letter ETC.....and sending everything in.

I can't believe I was able to pay them so soon. My case only arrived at the NVC on April 1st.

Looks like they're finally cutting you a break! I'm so happy for you! And keep on that lawyer's butt! Make him work!

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.
