IV fee is based off of when they accept your DS-261. It has nothing to do with the AOS fee or package.

I know i just want it to make some statistics. I called twice already and it was told to me that they received DS261 on March 25, the same day IV fee is unlocked.

We still didn't receive IV fee e-mail, and I'm more than frustrated. It's been more than two weeks since AOS fee invoice, and IV fee is unlocked 9 BD.

Guys how long did you wait from AOS fee invoice till IV fee invoice? days, weeks...

I've submitted DS-261 form on March 19th, AOS fee was available at the same time, but still waiting for IV fee......(18 days already)

I was planning to call tonight but after Jem's update decided I couldn't wait.... CASE COMPLETE  London is also still scheduling for May interviews. I have essentially no hope that we'll get a May date, especially based on the other UK members on the interview thread, but I had to ask anyway!

That's fantastic!! :dance::dance: :dance: :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: Congrats!

We've submitted DS-261 form on March 18th, AOS fee was available at the same time, but by my mistake i resubmitted DS 261 on march 24 still waiting for IV fee... first time when i called it was told to me wait 10 business days, but the second time 30 business days, and that someone get it sooner, someone later, so i guess it's normal, but the only thing that confusing me is that yellow triangle that is unlocked without receiving mail since march 25, usually when it's unlocked people were receiving IV fee mail and be able to pay in 3-4 days.

I called yesterday and only - you have to wait for 30 days - was the answer. May be some one else had the same expirience with yellow triangle, because mine is still locked.

Saylin has all that info on her spreadsheet.

But there is no point in making that statistic because they are completely unrelated. If you never submit the DS-261, unless you have a lawyer attached, you would never get the IV invoice.

I know i was analyzing Saylin's spreadsheet. My husband is my agent, we don't have a lawyer. The both representatives that i spoke with saw DS261 in our file and told me it was received on march 25. And from all that i read it here everybody with yellow triangle was able to pay in 3-4 days, no one with situation like mine. :(

hrm.... probably because you resubmitted. They're going over the DS-261 again. I'm going to guess your IV bill will be okay to pay in the next 10 days. It seems to be taking 2 weeks from acceptance.

Why did you resubmit the form?

Why did you resubmit the form?

By mistake... i was pressing buttons because i was nervous with yellow triangle and that sh... happened. First time i spoked with Mr. Waldo he told me wait 10 BD, but i forgot to mention that i resubmitted. And yes the second representative told me that delay is probably because of that. The both forms are identical, jut saved by mistake. I've done resubmittion on march 24, they both told me they received on march 25.

Ugh!!

Well triple check everything else from here in and take a breath before clicking submit. :D

I had to do that as well. I think I was shaking when I submitted. So worried I'd messed up somewhere.

I sent an email to the President of the United states months ago while our petition was still at USCIS. Today the white house emailed me back. I thought maybe people would be interested in his reply so here it is.

Thank you for writing. Americas immigration system is badly broken, and I know many people are hurting because of it.

In an immigration debate that has too often been distorted by misinformation and obstruction, stories like yours reaffirm that this is not an abstract issue. Millions of families are facing hardship because of our broken immigration system. It separates parents and children for years at a time, keeps hardworking men and women from building a better life, and undermines Americas promise as a Nation of laws and a Nation of immigrants.

We have to do better. That is why I am deeply committed to working with Congress to enact bipartisan, commonsense reform that fixes our broken immigration system and delivers relief for those in need.

Thank you, again, for sharing your story. To learn more about my plan for immigration reform, visit www.WhiteHouse.gov/Issues/Immigration.

To contact United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or get information about a current USCIS case, visit www.USCIS.gov or call 1‑800‑375‑5283. For problems with a USCIS application or petition, you can also contact the USCIS Ombudsman at www.DHS.gov/Ombudsman-Case-Assistance. For information on United States Customs and Immigration Enforcement, visit www.ICE.gov or call 1‑888‑351‑4024. For help with visa processing, eligibility, waivers, and other inquiries, visit USVisas.State.gov.

Military families may call 1‑877‑247‑4645 for help with immigration-related questions. And anyone can find information on jobs, child care, health benefits, housing assistance, and other public resources available to those in need at 1‑800‑FED‑INFO or www.USA.gov.

Thank you, again, for writing.

Barack Obama
