How many of you guys filled out and set up the packages by yourself.??

I'm scared to make a mistake and get a checklist..

I am so exhausted from sitting on the edge of my seat.... If I were you.. I'd be calling 3 times a day just to get the checklist and respond. I'm not very patient HA HA can you tell?

I can tell, and I would be calling but I have a sick, grumpy baby who won't let me. The hold time is what kills me. I'm half-way tempted to call to check on case complete, but I'm afraid of being disappointed. I'll just wait until tonight.

Can someone please help me out. I'm trying to quote and reply to people but I can't. When I click on the quote button to reply all that pops up is a spot to attach file, I have no way to reply and cannot even type anything in. Anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it. It's been like this for 3 days now.

Before I start asking more questions, what are you accessing VJ on? Phone, tablet, computer?

I kept redialing using Google phone and Skype (both open at the same time) for 30 minutes.

I've been on hold for 43 minutes, and in that time my child has gone from happy to cranky. It really only takes him about 30 aeconds to do that, lol. I've forgotten what having time to play solitaire feels like.

Question about the DS-261; are those made available throughout the day? For instance, I checked this morning and it's still not ready - am I driving myself loopy by checking periodically throughout the day?

I think all my fees and forms became available in the evening, so don't count today out yet

The majority of members here are doing the process on their own. There are some with lawyers but they often find them to be more of a hindrance than a help.

Do you know how far NVC is as far as reviewing packages? what day are they on?

Well I see that LifeonHold's AOS was recieved April 14 and they got the checklist now, so maybe they're on approximately Apr 14... I dunno otherwise

Yes It does. I was using IE. I just went to and signed in with chrome and I am able to quote now. Must have something to do with IE. Using IE all I got was an attach file thing when trying to qoute or reply, no text box at all. I guess I will be using chrome from now on even though it's a lot slower than IE.

Goodness people! It has taken me 3 days to catch up on the thread.. started out with 989 posts!

Congrats on all the CCs and interview dates!

Just an update on our case.. finally AOS package delivered to NVC today, which was also our last package. IV is already there. Will call on Monday to find out if they have been scanned into their system. And then, the wait begins!

My husband is arriving in Athens on Friday! (yay!) so no NVC calls or VJ till he is on his flight back.. then I will begin obsessing again!

I sent my 129 april 7, 2014 and have not received my noa1 ? is it normal for it to take more than 3 weeks? I got my 130 noa1 after 1 week

I also did it myself, but spent much time here studying and preparing. Read Saylin`s wiki for sure! Read the links and spend time in your country`s forum. And read this thread to see what other people encounter and try to learn from our ``mistakes``

I tend to read these forums while waiting on google voice. My wait is usually 15-35 minutes when calling at approx 11 EST.
