Can anyone list the how much each fee for the form we need please I must be stupid but can only find the I-130 the rest It think we are supposed to guess at. Thank you in advance. I did go to the correct sites but still was unable to fine most of them.

just talked to Amanda.. There is not a computer glitch at the NVC... she said they had high winds yesterday and it might have caused a problem but they are fully operational tonight, It was only delaying the payments.... nothing else.

She explained the interview scheduling to me. Costa Rica is not a country that has a lot of calls coming in. GOOD for me !!

someone actually picks up the physical file and processes it. I asked her if everything was scanned or just the coversheet... Just the coversheet...

She asked me if I was the law office... I had to laugh... I told her I can't get them to wrk for me on normal business hours... they wouldn't be calling at 9:30 pm.. She was laughing... What a nice person ..She said I sound so professional....

Sorry, am a little more lost now! LOL So, an AOS is an affidavit support? And there is a fee for that? I thought you just send it to your spouse at the time of interview. Could you go into alittle more detail about the AOS? Thanks for your patience!

NVC needs the Affidavit of Support forms to establish that the sponsor will be able to support the beneficiary once they move to the USA and will not go on welfare or use public assistance etc. The fee for the form is $88. If you are asking about NVC forms:

AOS fee: $88

IV Fee: $230

After the interview: $165... honestly don't know why they charge this I just know it's a fee they charge lol

I like to think the DS-261 as just establishing contact with the NVC. and The DS-260 as part of the IV package

Go get some sleep and stop worrying about everything it will come to you I drink chamomile tea every night it puts me right to sleep.

You can also try getting some melatonin pills. This is the chemical in your brain that signals your body to sleep.

Wow, I have never been this excited to give my money to the government - Finally my IV fee was available @ 10:50 pm ET after being generated more than 30 hours and 20 min. I will drop my civil documents in the mail tomorrow for Monday delivery.

I didn't catch the name of the person I spoke to, but she told me my AOS was accepted, and then that it wasn't reviewed, and then that it was, and then that I had never had a checklist in the first place (what?) and then that everything was good. I'm so confused now and don't have time to call back.
