Hey, my old stomping ground! Went to grad school at BU, and lived on Marlborough Street between Mass Ave and Hereford. Shopped at the Stah Mahket at the Pru, and attended Emmanuel Church on Newbury Street. Of course, this is 3 decades ago...I've grown old!

hey guys wwe need ur help .. i have submitted a DS 261 form a day back .. now when we try to go throught to pay the Fee 88 $ it wont even let us to login and showing the error below .. Does anybody knows whats that and why is showing like this please any help ll be highly appreciated .. thanks ..

Youmean a June interview!!! :idea::idea::luv::luv:

Just wondering how long does it take after the case gets completed for NVC to transfer over the case to the local embassy? And the embassy to actually send a physical letter to the applicant for interview. I herd there's about month and a half gap between the interview notice and the actual notice. Is that right or is it a case by case basis?

there are two things you can do..

1. Freak out and wonder why you got that error message

OR

2. READ THE WIKI ( first post on this thread.. this exact error message is covered . You have to read the entire WIKI and then read it 5 more times.. and refer back to it as you go through this process... )

Add Amanda in there - when I was having a mental breakdown over my parent's checklist the other night on the phone at 10:30pm, she was a rockstar, very compassionate and was trying to make me laugh saying that at least I wasn't from some off the wall country where I would have to wait for months for a interview - we then randomly started talking about how she would like to go to Zimbabwe lol. She was totally sweet even though it was late and she was nearing the end of her shift telling me that she knows its hard but to hang in there.

I read your post the other night and all the blood ran out of my body.

You have truly encountered some mind bending ignorance at NVC.

I am so glad that someone like Amanda picked up at that moment.

Keep fighting the good fight...my prayers are with you.... :)

depends on the embassy.

I plan on tracking the file to the embassy and then calling them to schedule something if what I get is not good. My phone plan includes free international calling to a landline.. ( sorry for them :rofl: )

it depends on the date of Case Complete and when NVC is scheduling interviews for a specific embassy.

If you miss the deadline than the wait is longer. And we don't know the deadline.

Nothing yet.. I hate checking it but I can't stop checking it. It's making me so irrationally mad :ranting:
