sooooo, my question is

Are all the spreadsheet participants up to date???

I feel like there are people not updating their progress. There should be more Case Completes..IMO !!!

I called NVC today and Jay-R answered, Case complete today! I am so happy. Thanks to my VJ friends, esp. Saylin, Changnoi, Infoneeded, bkghosh, Lovemytico and others.

Congratulations!!!! Not long to wait now until you get an interview scheduled :D

Must be serious if something like that happens to a sushi pro like you, sorry to hear that. Just try and be calm, NVC will not send any emails if they accept the AOS, only if there is a checklist. Kinda no news is good news. Call them tomorrow to confirm if your AOS was accepted or still under review.

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

No, not all members are up to date. I try going through the non-case complete section about once a month, going to every member's page and seeing if there's updates. But, I've never had this long of a list before, so I haven't gone through it in awhile as it's daunting, haha.

Plus, I created the form only last month, so those that were added before that may not know about it, thus they haven't submitted updates.

Plus, some people just fall off the map and never return to VJ. In which case, after one month of not logging in, I remove them from the spreadsheet.

You have to send the the whole form/ all pages....

From my checklist Page 4 of 4:

General Instructions

[x] You will need to complete and submit the new form, completely filled out (all pages required), which includes the changes noted below. Submitting single pages of the form with the correction is not acceptable. In order to make corrections you will need to download a new form at www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov.

Oh wow! Hey neighbor! :lol: Do you mind me asking where in Back Bay? I'm in the Pru for now. Funnily enough the company I'm joining was located in the Pru as well, right up until about 2 weeks before they contacted me about the opportunity. It would've been hugely awkward to work for a new company in the same building! I'm pretty relieved they moved downtown, lol.

2014-08- 14 - Status updated still "READY" I received an email from the USEM,We have received your said documents. Please be informed that your visa has now been approved. We are working with the preparation of your visa package and will mail it to the applicant address on GSS profile which takes approximately 7-10 days. Applicant should refrain from making any irrevocable travel arrangements until he/she receives.<p>

Oh wow! Hey neighbor! :lol: Do you mind me asking where in Back Bay? I'm in the Pru for now. Funnily enough the company I'm joining was located in the Pru as well, right up until about 2 weeks before they contacted me about the opportunity. It would've been hugely awkward to work for a new company in the same building! I'm pretty relieved they moved downtown, lol.

congrats!!!!

my 2 minors are case complete too...unfortunately for me, checklist was issued husband did not tick a box on part4 line12 - military service< yes> < no> . and they wouldn't let us just bring the corrected form at USEM...

Congratulations to you too for your 2 kids. I am sorry for the checklist but don't worry maybe it won't take long for that. Once they accepted it, maybe it will take only a day or 2. We are almost there, do not worry.
