Hi my lawyer sent my aos package last week and yesterday I realized that he wrote my ssn wrong! Do ill get a checklist for that! Or does it gonna delay my case by any chance . Please help me what should I do :'(

Random question: is the amount of time the NVC is taking in regards to the DS-261, the AOS and the IV Invoices these days normal for them, historically? Or are they extremely slow by past standards?

WOW!!! I hope who ever calls NVC today does not get ARTHUR, what a grump! LOL

And for those doing EP, they are receiving and reading emails up to March 27 right now.

He said I have to send in my marriage cert, birth cert, police check etc, But he did say that they received an email from me on the 17th which was my DS-260 supporting documents, but those documents aren't in the email. I just checked my email that I sent to them and everything is there.

Is it possible that they just haven't reviewed that email yet and that ARTHUR has no clue what he is talking about??

At this rate I no longer see myself getting a June interview.

I think your husband needs to send the entire I-864 form not just page 4. Sending one page of the document is not acceptable! it will only delay you because you'll get another checklist!!!!!!!

You can go ahead and send it now! I'm only waiting for DS260.

I can't send the IV packet yet since I don't have the PCC for my wife yet.

I hope I get it today in the and I will be sending the IV packet overnight today.

I just gave my two weeks' notice at work and accepted a new job offer! Time to redo my AOS and get a new copy to England for the interview >.> I definitely had not planned on taking a new position prior to my husband moving here and getting situated in a job himself, but I guess life likes messing with people who think they have a plan :lol:
