Case completed this morning... 2 wks and half a day for them to review the IV checklist.. They're taking longer than they were a few wks back.. Good luck to all!

How long does it take Texas Service Center to ship approved petitions to NVC? My I130 was approved on the 21st. Do they usually ship petitions on specific dates each month?

It is really hard to give you an answer - for it really just depends. My petition took 25 days from TSC to NVC. Another person had 6 days from TSC to NVC. There does not appear to be any "standard" shipping time.

I'm thinking they send them in bulk and that you unfortunately just missed the send off date, so you had to wait until the next one. The person who only waited 6 days was probably just 6 days from the send off date.

just got off the phone w/ Ms. Joy, well she's in a good mood :thumbs::secret: and her voice was modulated into sweet , told me the usual 30 dayreview. hoping ours will be reviewed in just under 13 days like others..

It is all a guise on Joy's part.. :secret:... I think she has become aware of her upcoming match with Love My Tico.....

.... obviously Joy's PR camp is behind this new image of a kinder... gentler... Joy

this nasty pants makeover..... will not work...don't lower your guard Love My Tico !!!

I called today, and got news of my case complete.

Super excited, but I'm surprised that the operator told me my case was complete on April 15th.

I had called on Monday the 21st, and was told I was still in processing. Is there some delay in putting this into their systems, like with everything else at the NVC?
