Sukie, KoeKoe, LoveMyTico.. It looks like we should not expect case complete until anywhere from Monday-Wednesday per the spreadsheet's estimations. The 28th-30th. Still good days to receive case complete.

Ladies, we should be watching "LindyStephan". They are 4 days ahead of us. When they get "Case Complete", we should be close behind!!!

Basically, PCC, Birth Certificate, Marriage Ceretificate,2 pics of beneficiary, bio page of beneficary passport. Additionally, photo copy of birth cert and marriage cert. Bar coded sheet on top. I also included a cover letter (optional). In my package I submitted original PCC, original Marriage Cert, but an attested copy of birth certificateshe did not want to part with her original birth certificate. NVC accepted the attested copy of the birth certificate.

This is what I found including if male military documents.

-Two passport-style photographs (2" x 2") of beneficiary (on the back, write: beneficiary's full name,

date of birth, and case number)

-Copy of bio-data page of beneficiary's unexpired passport

-Original or Certified Copy of beneficiary's birth certificate, PLUS A PHOTOCOPY

-Original or Certified Copy of marriage certificate, PLUS A PHOTOCOPY

-Original police certificate(s)

-original Military certificate

I called and asked if my DS-260 had been reviewed. This is the only way you'll know. And try not to worry. There is only so much we can do from our end.

You are from my 'graduating class of July 2013' Now that your DS260 is accepted the Case Complete would happen any day. Keep calling...sending best wishes ...

If you'll be the one sending in the IV package, then yes, that would work. If your husband will be sending in the IV package and you'll be sending him all of the other documents required for IV, then he can hang onto it. I'm not sure what your situation is:)

I've never heard of someone getting notified by phone. I know that would make me suspicious. They didn't ask you for any personal information did they? Does anyone else find that unusual?

This is extremely unusual and very suspicious. Specially, these last few weeks me and many of my friends have been receiving calls from the 'IRS' - pay up or else the feds will be knocking on your door.

hi....im have a question about i864,i sent the package already with last 3 years return and i dont meet income requirements for all three,but i just got promoted and i would exceed the poverty guidelines,my question is would they (embassy)consider my new income eligible even though i wont be able to provide other than a job letter and probably 2-3 month pay stubs till the interview date,thanks
