Are you sure that's for spousal filers as opposed to K-1? To my knowledge it's only fiance visa filers who need to submit a notification of readiness form.

It doesn't say anything about it being only for a K-1. It also says we need to bring Part I of the DS-260 and copies of the I-864 along with the other documents.

Now I am just confused. I should probably just wait instead of worrying lol.

Just had a quick question. If we mailed all the originals to NVC do we need to bring originals to the interview? Does bringing originals only apply to people doing EP?

I think I talked to Mindy yesterday (I was at work and had NVC's annoying hold music in one ear and a landlord screaming in the other ear - yes, it's just as much fun as it sounds). Anyhoo, I missed her name :/ She told me I need to wait 30 days as they received the case on March 25 and I said "cool, I'll call back in a couple days". She says "Ma'am, you need to wait 30 days". so I replied "Ma'am, the 25th is in a couple days".

She sighed at me and asked if there was anything else. I said "Nope! Talk to you later!" :D

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

IV fee paid yesterday at 04:58PM, money already debited from the bank this morning!!!!!!!!!!!

NVC is moving!

Next step: overnight IV packet and complete DS260 and then a big fat DONE!!!!!! (in chaa Allah)

I wish they were moving this fast for me!! So happy for you though :)

I know it is, I was freaking out myself after I had a case # and IIn but could not do much.

One you get started, stay on top of it and pay/fill out things as soon as they are available!

Don't delay thing and you'll move fast through this also!
