Things are moving along pretty good!!!! (Thank God)

IV fee invoiced, but can't pay it yet! Hopefully tomorrow or Monday! woooohooooooo

Waiting for police certificate from Morocco, already in the mail, should be here by Wednesday or Thursday.

IV package will be mailed out (overnight) as soon as I get the PCC.

I had one ready but it expired already.

Can't wait for next week!!!!

Oops! Sorry about the double post. Anyway, help about my checklist would be greatly appreciated. I'm guessing I don't really need to send the I-864 again 'cause it doesn't really specify what was wrong with it? I just need to send the proof of US Citizenship? Right? I'm so confused.

This is probably a stupid question and I apologize in advance. I received a checklist (attached at the bottom). Do I have to fill out another I-864 and submit it with the proof of citizenship? I seem to have read conflicting answers to a similar question before. Things are picking up pretty good right now!

I can't believe I completed DS261 16-Apr and my IV fees are already invoiced.

I'm so excited right now!

I hope things move fast with your EP!

Yeah I'm just wondering about the I-864 'cause it really doesn't specify what was wrong with it. That's the part I'm confused about. And I believe you don't need to send proof of US Citizenship for the petitioner, just the joint sponsor. That's what they asked for in mine. I didn't send my proof of US Citizenship, and they only asked for the joint sponsor's proof of US Citizenship.

I don't have to do DS261 coz I am using attorney And my attorney sent them both fees together ( money order) on Tuesday.
