The approval of DS-261 triggers the IV invoice. Since you already paid the IV fees that means your DS-261 was accepted. But call them to find out if the AOS (I-864) has been accepted. Same with the IV package. They will be able to tell you on the phone. Once both these packages are accepted, Case Complete will happen. Hope it happens very soon for you.

Meanwhile, why not submit all these details into the NVC Spreadsheet (via the form)? Thanks.

Thanks Man, does this status keeps on showing as 'Completed', even when its 'accepted' on the website (both for 261 and 260)??

Every bank in America has a unique ABA (American Banking Association) number. It is nine digits long, and is always the first number at the bottom of your check.

Then each bank account has a unique account number.

When you pay online, you first enter the ABA number for your bank, and then your account number. This allows the NVC to deduct the fee from your checking or savings account.

This is why you need to pay these fees from a US bank account. No credit cards allowed. (Too bad - I'd get lots of AMEX points if so!!!)

Thank you Sukie, yeah I know and I prefer to use my credit card. Wonder why they do this, oh yeah ................ I wont say. Will get the Routing number tomorrow Monday. I have my account # easy enough. See I'm getting ready just for the first part and focusing just on this.

Yep, fees must be paid with a US checking account. No other options. You'll need the account number and the routing number; I think Changnoi posted a screenshot of the payment screen asking for that information if you want to see it ahead of time. But the numbers you need can be found on a check or by calling the bank. Here's where you'd find the numbers on a check: http://www.texasplainsfederal.org/images/ABA_routing_2.gif.

Thank you only use credit cards don't use checks. But will call for the Routing number since I already know my account #. What would I do without you guys.

Can we use FedEx/DHL for mailing the IV packet or compulsory we need to use USPS mail???

However in the NVC website they tell below

Since you are showing attention to detail,

Here is some extra info for you

I know people who have used the DR address and

were processed just as fast. Depending on the

shipper it may default to the DR address in their

computer.

Always take time to confirm the address.

Especially the IV package that is full of difficult

to replace items. I printed out an extra copy of the

cover sheet and handed it to the shipper to directly

input address into their system. I used a binder clip

to hold the package together. I used non-permanent

sticky notes to affix my case number to each document.

This is really important for non-English documents that

if separated could easily be rejoined to the case file.

Yup, I was definitely festive for the interview and POE, lol!

Well, I do have a bunch of USPS boxes folded away that we used to move that I can use for future kitty And yes, when we moved here, we were excited to find out we were allowed cats (for a deposit fee and an extra fee each month) Perhaps we'll name one of the kitties Saylin (if it doesn't already have a name)

I can give a discount to VJ members once I finish writing it

But Saylin, how will you discount it and how do we pay for it? Will it be with credit cards or via our bank accounts. If by check do we put it in your name or your company name and if so what is the name of the company and what is the street address? If it doesn't arrive do we call you or write you and what address? So we wait a few day or do we contact you right away?

Everyone else seems to be getting the option to pay within a week or so, am I missing something? Or is it more common than I thought that it takes a month to invoice the AOS and IV bills?

And I thought it was supposed to speed up after USCIS. . .

My sister is my joint sponsor and I had her get her tax transcripts, but I am not sure if this is how they are suppose to look like. This is pic from google imagines but that's how hers looked like. Is that the correct one? I know everyone is talking about putting total income and not total gross, but that's all I see on her transcript.

there are several links on that page when you log in. Try using those. I received the same error and then someone told me to try the other links and I was able to sign in and pay.
