Thanks for your help.

You can call/e-mail them. Some people try to track it on the DHL website using NVC's zip code but there is no certainty that that package you see going to Manila from NVC will be yours.

Definately call the NVC and ask. I got the letter dated December 29th saying they'd mail it within a week... well... when I called they said they mailed it off to the Paris embassy on the 28th! So call them, you may find out that your case is in the mail already. :D

Their phone # is 603-334-0700. Press 1 for English, then 5 to speak to an operator. If all operators are busy they'll transfer you back to the menu, just hang up because if you press 5 for operator again they'll say "sorry, all operators are still busy, goodbye" and disconnect. I had to try for an hour and 20 minutes to finally get a live operator on the phone. I put the number on speed dial, LOL. They have live operators there til midnight EST during the week, I don't know about weekends though.

Don't bother with the automated service. K1s usually aren't put in there because they don't stay at the NVC for too long.

Your best bet is to call right before midnight - at least that is when I was able to get through to them.

Therefore, I prefer e-mail when trying to contact the NVC.

I got through at 9:20pm EST. I sent them an e-mail the same day I called and still haven't gotten a response. So I guess which route you pick depends on how patient you are.

Yeah call NVC. I tried for the longest time over a 2 day period . Then called one nite at 11:30 p.m. and got right through to a very friendly person that answered all my questions

Good Luck
