Try to contact them and ask for a tier 2 agent. He can give the case number that you can track your case with. You might have a current bio.

Thats what I am hoping for.

I am really still curious if any other Vermont filers had theirs transferred.

I keep hearing of cases being transferred out of Vermont. Which begs the question, what kind of cases have them all tied up in Vermont?

Transfer means Your there Congratulations .... a Month max and you be fine that's what happen to my friend at least CSC is way faster than the Shitty Vermont

I got the notice of transfer in the mail. About a month ago. I got my NOA within a week of filing but still no biometrics appt. I even called but got no updates from them. They said to give it 6 months at least. I don't even know my case number to check the status online.

I have no idea been calling 3 times " same answers"

Keep calling them and ask for teir 2. It happened to me x2 times but I kept calling and asking.

I just got back from a trip to Canada with my stamped visa and a letter notice. Prior to that I went to an appointment with info pass. An agent there stamped on my passport and told me that I could get in and out of the country with the stamp while waiting for a removal card and took my expired card away.

Why was your case transferred to CSC, did they give any reason?

They cited the reason to the workload at Vermont center.

we are finally approved!! case status updated yesterday. we received RFE in july and our case was stuck until we sent all evidence again on 9/08. i think we received RFE for change of address after we filed I-751. anyways feels great to be approved!!!!!!!
