What I am missing here. I never called in and followed up with my case. I only made two appointments and talked to the agents at infopass in May and June 2014 and one of them told me, too early for my case. And I looked up my case online, I could not find it, not in the system. I am so worried now, since I have not received the bio letter, nor anything from them. I have my driver license renewed from the one-year notice letter. what should I do? thinking to make infopass appointment again?????

call and ask to speak to a tier 2 agent. he/she can give you the case number that you can track it online good luck

On the list it says you filed with Vermont. Vermont is many months behind California on removing conditions. The number you get on the NOA1 letter can not be looked up. Until they make a determination on you needing a bio-metric appointment, no case number that you can look up is available. Calling and getting to a Tier 2 agent may get you the case number, if you don't get a lazy one.

I did call and ask to talk to Tier 2 person, the lady talked really really fast, probably trying to get rid of me so she could go on her lunch break ( I called around noon). I tried to ask for the case number but she said NO and made a bio service request to Vermont for me and told me to call back after 15 days, if I don't hear any thing from them. I sure think I'd got the lazy one. :angry:

So waiting again. :cry:

I made 4 phone calls and finally got to speak to tier 2 person and have my case number. Mostly they were nice, but only one that was so stubborn. I was persistant and insisted that I needed to talk to Teir 2. Now only wait then. Thank you all of you here to post the update info.

I have made contact with my Congressman about the fact that California is way ahead in the process of approvals and or giving updates and information. But yet Vermont is more than several months behind in the same actions.

I was told that recently the California office was relieved of many of its duties in regards to other processing actions resulting in a huge decrease in the amount of work actually being conducted there.

But to date the Vermont center has not had a decrease in its work load.

We will see what response beyond that is given.

they always have an excuse. I am just wondering why they don't balance the load on all service centers and local offices ! some petitions got approved in 30 days and same type of petitions can take a year just because where you reside

Well, in this case they need come up with solution. lets hope they will balance the workload between VSC and CSC pretty soon. They could transfer some cases from VSC to CSC or local offices. why they are not doing this? what is that stopping for the work load balance?
