My mind is entirely boggled by all of your posts.

Why did you file a second I-129F application when they told you that the visa had not been denied and that they just needed more relationship proof?

I suspect that filing a second petition for the same person while the first was still processing post interview greatly complicated the entire situation and I have no idea what to tell you except to contact a senator to try to help you (since your congressman clearly hasn't helped).

WHERE ARE THE VETS????? And I am not talking about animal doctors??? I am talking about the people that have been issued the infamous 221 (g) and can let us know some of the things you went through??????

This board is just that... boring! I have asked a many questions and have got no answers. There have been a lot of reunions lately, alhumdoulillah!!!! I am not the type of person that gets mad about things like that and sure, I wish it was me and a lot of other women out there who are waiting on a resolution.

If I was a woman that had been through this same situation I would be trying to offer as much help to them as I possibly can. A few people have "dissappeared" from the board, but they were here plenty when they had questions and problems and concerns.

I just dont think its fair. But neither is life, huh?

I believe that God is the master planner and my husband is not here for a reason, I dont know what it is, but I have accepted that and have done and am doing all I can to cope with it.

There was a time, not so long ago, that I would log into VJ for comfort and help, now is just a bunch of HUM-DRUM and BS on here. I dont think people are nosey when they ask a lot of questins cuz its the only way those of is that are "stuck" like an ant in honey, will get some help.

Before somebody comes on here talkin 'bout...... we dont owe our lives to anybody on VJ, or my husband is here and I no longer need VJ...... just remember what you were doing on here in the 1st place!

If we could get some clear answers from you..... some real answers.......... We all know that there are no answers coming from the embassies, USCIS, I dont know the extent of what the congresspeople can do. Its all new for me.

But come on, yall know they arent givin up the goods and want to go by the book, or its that maybe they have to go by the book. Who knows? The immigration specialist told me that if I were sick and half dead, or if he was, then she could expedite his case... now since I am in healthcare.....:innocent: But I'm a chicken SH**, and we are having enough trouble as it is. I wouldnt do that anyway.

So back to my original question............ WHERE ARE THE VETS?????????

Ella,

It would really be helpful if you would keep your questions to one thread regarding your case. It's hard to get a sense of what is going on when you are posting different pieces of information in different threads.

In all of your info just posted above you did not indicate when your last interview was or your last contact with USCIS or DOS, so we know when the 6 months started. But it has clearly been nearly 2 years since originally filing. Seems that most people get their stuff finished and a new interview within about a year. But, I'm sure there are exceptions. I would think in your case, with the 2 petitions and 3 interviews, you should most definitely try another state rep/congressman and maybe consult with an immigration atty, altough I don't know if an atty can help you if your state rep can't.

Hopefully some of the people who have gone through this can help you and Limah. There are others on here who I'm sure would like to help you, but not having been through a returned petition, don't know what to say.

I think you need to get all the information you can get. I agree Limah it is crazy that we can not get information from this board about speical cases. But I must that you will have to wait. Let the mail take it's course. Wiating is the game with these issues. Maybe you jumped the gun when you did the second or did they close you case? If you want to PM me we can talk there, but I limit myself on this board. I thought I pm'ed you yesterday.

Hi Ella,

I am chi and I want to help you. Our case was returned in March of 05 and my husband is now here with me. Sometimes it is difficult to find those whose cases have been returned to USCIS.

It is true that since your case was returned to USCIS that now you are in a waiting time. Once USCIS reviews the reasons the CO refused to issue a visa, you will get a letter from them. You did receive a letter but you did not say what the letter said. Can you tell me what it said? You mentioned you did send in the proof already. (I am hoping it was just copies.) Did the letter request proof?

In the meantime, keep collecting proof of your relationship to offer up as evidence when the time comes. Your senator/congressman can call the USCIS office and get an update. Ask them to do this.

A few more questions.

When was the second interview?

Do you have any of the "red flags" that may have been the reson your case was returned.

Hang in there, it is going to take time to get all of this resolved.

Hi Limah,

I try to find these couples but sometimes it is difficult because they post in different places under different headings.

I have received your e mail and I am in the process of replying to you. I want to let you know that I want to try and help any couple whose case has been returned to USCIS. I have contacted Kiyah for you as well. I hope you have heard from her or will hear from her soon.

Wasalaam Alaikum! I apologize for not being around and am trying to catch up on email, VJ, and other things. Since I returned from getting married in Morocco, I have been concentrating on our CR1 and K3 petitions and that is about it other than jumping right back into work after being gone for 1 month.

I have been trying to catch up to all the posts and I see quite a few more returns, and not just from Morocco. Thank you Chi for jumping in!

Limah...I sent you a PM with important info.

Ella... your K1 was returned after interview, you contacted the NVC who said you need to provide more proof of your relationship? Did you not receive anything from the local service center who originally processed your petition and just started a new K1? I am sending you a PM right now.
