Hello all I'm getting ready to send my I-130 petition can someone please help me with a sample cover letter? And also I would like to know which service center do I submit my package to? I live in Miami Florida......Thanks in advance!

My cover letter just said what I was petitioning for and a list of documents that were being included in the package, such as our BCs, marriage license, passport style photos of both of us etc......I think that you file at the Phoenix Lockbox
