I'm scared - I still haven't gotten the NOA2 in the mail after 30 days of the approval notice email that I got on Dec 6th. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do? I know to call the USCIS - but does anyone know what they will tell me?

Our K1 interview is Jan 31st, we don't need the NOA2 for the interview, right?

September 23rd, 2006 - NOA1 Received

December 6th, 2006 - NOA2 Online - APPROVED

January 31st @ 7:30 AM - Interview APPROVED

June 7th, 2007 - Sent in AOS, EAD, and AP Applications

June 15th, 2007 - NOA1 for AOS, EAD and AP

July 14th, 2007 - Biometrics Apointment

August 17th, 2007 - EAD and AP APPROVED

September 18th, 2007 @ 9:03AM - AOS Interview APPROVED

July 29th, 2009 - Sent in I-751 -Lifting of Conditions

July 31st, 2009 NOA

August 29, 2009 @ 12:00P - Biometrics Appointment

Im not speaking from experience only what I remember reading in other posts, I know yu can send in another form and get another copy of the NOA2 but it costs like $200, yes I think you do need it for your interview, but I think i remember reading somewhere that if you print out a copy of the emailed approval you can use that too< not sure on that last part though.

They never asked to see the NOA2 or the police report on the day of my fiance interview.

<07-05-06> sent out K-1 application

<07-12-06> K-1 recieved (transferred to CSC from Nebraska)

<07-17-06> 1st NOA1 recieved

<07-25-06> Touched

<09-18-06> Touched and approved

<10-20-06> Case sent to Bangkok embassy (NOA 2 Recieved)

<10-23-06> Case arrived at Bangkok Embassy (9:53 a.m)

<11-01-06> Packet 3 shipped from BKK

<11-15-06> Packet 3 sent to embassy via express mail (still waiting for packet 3 from embassy)

<12-12-06> Medical exam + Vaccination Done

<12-??-06> Packet 4 Still waiting

<12-28-06> Interview date

<12-29-06> Visa in hand
