So Confused and Need Help

Hi all! On Tuesday March 11th, my visa status was changed to "Issued" and that I would receive it in 5 business days, however, after 5 business days I received nothing. Then yesterday (March 20th) and today (March 21st), my status was updated again saying it was "issued" and i would get it in 5 business days. But I also received an email from the embassy saying that it was under administrative processing... So I am confused? Has anyone else had something similar happen? Is my visa issued or is it still under administrative processing? Please advise

​When did you receive this email?

Also check your Loomis account and see if a waybill number is generated. If it is, then your passport (with visa attached) is being mailed back to you.

Timeline after visa approval

Immigrant fee paid on ELIS - Jan 24th

POE - Jan 25th

Update on GC and SSN

(as of March 14th, 2014)

ELIS status - Closed (Card produced)

USCIS case check with receipt number (starts with IOE) - Card delivered in the mail

SSN - Received (Went to SSA location to apply for one)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

N-400 Naturalization Process

N-400 package mailed in - Nov 7th

Payment posted on cc account - Nov 10th

NOA (hard copy) - Nov 14th

Biometrics - Dec 7th

In Line - Dec 27th

I-130 1st i-797(NOA-1): 12 November 2013, Vermont (Dis-)Service Center (1 day in transit)

I-130 2nd i-797(NOA-2): 30 May 2014, Vermont (Total Dis-)Service Center (199 days in USCIS hell)

I-30 Received at NVC: 11 June 2014 (11 days in transit)

NVC Case # Assigned: 27 June 2014 (15 days to case number assigned)

DS-261 Completed: 15 July 2014 (18 days to DS-261 available)

AOS Fee Bill Paid: 17 July 2014

AOS Fee Bill Shows "Paid": 22 July 2014

AOS Package Sent Out:23 July 2014

AOS Package Recieved: 28 July 2014

Nope, I didn't. I meant that I received the email saying it's under admin processing the same day my status was updated for the 3rd time as issued. I don't know what's going on!! Is it issued? Or is it under admin processing?

Call State and ask what's up.
