Do I need to show when I file or does my fiance have to show, when she goes for interview.

Proof of ongoing relationship is only needed when she has the interview. The one you need when file I-129F is a proof that both of you have met in person within 2 years.

I would say if they already have the newer version, is better to use that even though sometimes they are still accept the older one. But If I were you, I am going to use the newer version to avoid a possibility get an RFE in the future. Better safe than sorry.

Edition Date

02/07/13. Previous editions accepted

If you haven't sent anything in I would use the newer version- "just in case". However, I used the older version on accident for my info (had it saved on my computer from a while back), and they accepted it just fine.
