After approval how we come to know that when our case received by NVC??

And how long does it take to get an interview date after NVC receives a case??

Typically you call NVC and ask if it has been entered into the system yet. You provide the USCIS # and they may ask some extra information. USCIS might not actually change status to sent to NVC so call once a week or so to see if it is there yet. Eventually they'll be able to give you a new ID number you'll use clear to the embassy.

Interview date depends on the embassy. Typically takes ~1 month at least to get past the NVC step. Not familiar with SG specifics on that so I'll let someone else answer.
