You Dont have to bring medical results and xray cd to USembassy for interview. And you can have only the latest ITR AND W2 like the 2013 ones, but its up to you if it eases you . Very important that is not mentioned above is your DS160, affidavit of support and your interview receipt. And your good to go.. Good luck!

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

Only need the most recent tax return and W-2, embassy does not want other years, and will not take them even if you try to hand the older ITR to them.

Don't need the CD from the medical at the interview, it is just a copy of your x-ray.

You need the interview confirmation letter/email, you need the confirmation page for the DS-160 and deposit receipt from BPI

Read the embassy instructions letter, complete everything listed there, bring everything requested. Use it as your checklist for the interview.

Link to the instructions letter in my link below.
