Hello guys, as I am planning to leave to visit my home town and trying to gather all the info and documents that we need, my fiance asked about the birth certificate from his mother, and apparently his name on the birth certificate is DIFFERENT than what we've put on our I-129F form.

Does anyone know who we should contact? So far, our case has been received by the US Embassy in London about a couple days ago.

Any help would really be appreciated, thank you so much!

Contact the embassy, submit the correct document & and add an 'explanation letter' explaining the circumstances.
