Hello Vjers

I have a question regarding the medical examination in St.Lukes Manila, do I need to have all of these vaccines:

  1. Acellular pertussis
  2. Hepatitis A
  3. Hepatitis B
  4. Human papillomavirus (HPV)
  5. Influenza
  6. Influenza type b (Hib)
  7. Measles
  8. Meningococcal
  9. Mumps
  10. Pneumococcal
  11. Pertussis
  12. Polio
  13. Rotovirus
  14. Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids
  15. Varicella
  16. Zoster

or the panel physician will just give me what I need? As to vaccine records, I don't remember anything about it.

Please enlighten me with this matter, cause they said the medical examination is for 2 days, can you possibly inoculate all 16 in one day? I don't know but that sounds so direful.

Thanks in advance!

Have a great day and God bless!

Hi, in my experience. I had only two shots and I haven't given them any vaccine records since I've lost everything years ago. So basically what happens here, immunization is done after all procedures and laboratories. Physician will interview you. If you have vaccine records that's good, you should photocopy that. In my experience they only asked me if I have chicken pox before which I had when I'm in grade school and I just show a scar of it. And that's it. It's actually based on your laboratory results etc. that the physician will get there basis. So good luck. I got my medical finish all in one day. Just be early as 4:30 ?

I was quite scared with the 16 vaccinations required. Thanks for clearing it up, it's a relief. ;)

Most of those vaccines will not be age appropriate and you won't be required to receive them. Generally you will only receive a couple shots if you need them.

I had vaccines only last week.

If you have any immunization record or certification from your doctor, bring it with you and prepare 5photocopies per page.

However, if you don't like needles (like me) you're in luck. Because there's a national shortage of Varicella vaccines ( they will give you two shots if those), so you're exempted from those 2 injections. You'll likely get one vaccine, like me, which is the Tetanus - Tdap. But if you wait till June, you'll likely get all 4vaccines.

Good luck.
