Can I ask y'all a question. In the interview stage can I put pictures in a folder on my phone and show them like that? All of our pictures are on facebook.

I think they might want to see them as photos, not through any digital device... But I'm not sure :/

Hmmm.. Same here, I'm getting everything ready for my interview, even though I haven't even got a date yet. I've put everything in a plastic folder ready. But just didn't know with the pictures If I could do that. :/ It would be the London embassy.

Isn't it too early to get ready for the interview?

I don't think we'll get approval before June or July at least! TSC is so darn slow, and they are still processing December files now... So I gave myself at least 4 months of waiting. And this is me being hopeful

I try not to look at CSC approvals anymore, or it's going to turn me into an aggressive, stressful person I thought USA was a country proud of it's being equal to everyone, but I just can't see how they manage the equality issue here!

I need a shoulder to cry on and my fiance is thousands of miles away, .....

Maybe it might!! But maybe they'll just get angry with me and throw my file in the garbage can... I don't want to risk it

I was just wondering, What would happen if someone who has sent their I-129F form in and they go to the states but marries anyways, What would happen then?

I know they would lose the $340 filing fee, and start all over with another application.

From what I understand, you will not be allowed to take your phone in to the interview and need to check it at the security area. Perhaps US consulates vary by country, but I am kinda doubting it. Might want to check beforehand.

As the couple already shows their intention to get marriedby filing a K1 visa, it would be the worst thing to get married with a tourist visa before getting the fiance visa. The government never accepts lying to the US and misusing visas, bcs when you enter the states with a tourist visa, it means you promise that you're only visiting and will not do anything illegal (like getting married) while you are there.

I'd say never consider it!! I know it's hard but time passes quickly, let's all be patient!

Awww!!! :') I think you have to do something though Around what Month would you like to get married? Or is it as soon as you get your visa?

We have to fly out to CA since it's not legal in texas for same sex couples :/ But I will fly out as soon as I get my visa, being apart sucks and no cuddles. hah! :')

We're thinking about October, November or if we're unlucky with the visa, December But if we're lucky with it, why not September? So basically, whenever possible!

CA is a great place to get married so I think it'll be amazing for you!
