cant believe it went from 1 month to 6 weeks -- between the beginning of january received cases and the end of january received cases

Hi, that is what we are going to do. We are waiting for the case number (we don't expect it before the end of the month) and then we will change the address over the phone. Never received NOA2 either, as we moved out of the UK beforehand. We filed a request with USCIS, they changed the address, but they haven't sent the notice again. However, the hard copy notice is not important for the process (Saylin answered my question), so nevermind! :-)

Ma case is at ghe NVC now but i still dnt have the case number.....Ma question is willl USCIS send the originals to NVC???has anyone gone gheu this mess??

you can file form G-884 to get your original documents back from USCIS.

My question is for the translation, do I need to send "original" translation or are copies of translation enough?

I called NVC they said 8 weeks .. my approval date is 21st Feb 2014

Whatttt?but i read some post here that after urs have thier iv's alrady invoice.how come yours not thats too long did u call nvc already what did they tell u?sorry for that:(

iam more than 5 weeks now and still no iv

i called nvc just now and they will make a supervisor review it, hopefully soon i should get mine

thats the only thing which is holding me from a case complete

my aos was accepted long time ago

I got approved on January 15th. Still no case number at Nvc . Who has the same problem?
