Our timeline is like 1 day apart for everything! I'm hoping I'm next!!! Congrats!!!

That would be awesome!! I hope there are a lot of completes next week - seems like there was a batch of us on this thread that are all really close timeline wise. Anyhow, can't wait to see your case complete post hopefully next week :)

Nope. Logic does not really play a role in the visa process. Haha

As far as the invoice being avail but not showing up to pay, that is totally normal. Mine was like that on a Friday and I was able to pay it Monday afternoon. Didn't stop me from checking several times over the weekend and all Monday morning at work.

In my mind it is a computer system that can/should be able to auto generate some things or at least process them without a person manually commanding it. Like the fees, once it out into the system as it is payable, I feel like the computer should just take over from there and process the rest of the steps for that payment and also no taking the weekend off for computers! ;)

Guys I'm confused... What are you sending in your package IV? Just basic:

· Bar-coded cover sheet from payment portal

· 2 Photographs

· Passport Biographic Data Page

· Original Birth Certificate with translation

· Original Marriage Certificate with translation

· Original Marriage Certificate from the Macedonian Orthodox Church

· Original Police Certificate with translation

· Original Court Certificate with translation

· Photocopy of all above mentioned

Or you putting evidence too? I mean if I start to translate them... also mails, viber messages, they are almost all on Macedonian, i was really hope that I will take them with me on the interview

Can somebody advise me? Please and thanx

No, dont put the evidence on your IV Packet. Just the basics. You can bring the evidence at your interview.

Hi Saylin,

Our joint-sponsor filed jointly with his wife for his taxes and had enough revenue for his household size. Does the wife need to file an I-864A, even though she did not have any revenue, to avoid any possible checklist?

Thanks

No. She doesn't have to file if she doesn't want to.

Good luck with your move! Enjoy the life without internet for couple of days!

Yeah, I can't do that... If I'm not on the internet every few hours, I lose it girlwerewolf2xn.gif Hence why I'm on at like 6 in the morning before we pack up the last things and move :P

Here is my update:

I-130 NVC received 03/18/14 (no case number yet)

I-129 NVC received 03/18/14 (case number and IIN assigned and emails were given over) but they told me that my I-129F is under admenstrative process when finshed they will shipped to embassy, have anyone got an answer like that?

Sayline can you add me to your data sheet, thanks

Added. Was your I-130 approved from NBC or was it transferred at some point and approved elsewhere?

And if you go the K3 route, I'll have to remove you from the spreadsheet as it's only for IR-1/CR-1 applicants and their derivatives.

Im current on completog the ds 260.pls elp me what to put in number of edicational institution i studied elementary to college its 3 instituion and when the next step thy only need seodary does it mean elementary is not included?pls reply tnx

Start from high school and go up. Don't put elementary.

If anyone cares: apparently a 20' Uhaul is too small for two people headbonk.gif So, there's going to be a big line of people driving to Fargo today to help hold more stuff: my husband's car, the Uhaul, my car, and then 2 pick-up trucks. Hope everything fits and makes it in one piece! laughing.gif

Time for me to go now. Gotta get dressed, lol, and pack up the remaining stuff. I'll probably be back sometime later this afternoon or night if we get around to finding a public WiFi spot :P

Money are not an issue...

When you say fees, you mean CR-1 fees? Because we thought to go with CR-1 until we hear news from Embassy. So, is there possibility to pay fees for CR-1 send documents what we already done with AOS... and when Embassy call me to get I-129F and to finish the process there, and if the time difference is a month, just to wait for CR-1. I hope you understand my question smile.png))

Yes, i see what you're saying. As you've already paid the AOS fee and things seem to be moving along, you should stay on this path, the 130, if its only going to save a month. But if you go ahead with the 129, go for your medical, pay the fee of $240, you will get no refund from NVC for the money youv'e already spent on fees for the 130. What we're doing is to go with the 129 in the hope that I will get an interview before the end of April. When I get my medical next week and they send the report to the Embassy they can then schedule the interview, hopefully within 4 weeks. I know the cost may not be an issue for you, but I can't see the point of throwing it away. Obviously if going the 129 route will save you, say 2 months, go with it. Look at your embassy processing times for the 129, you may get an idea of how long it will take. It's all a balancing act.

Thanks :) The reason we started with CR-1 is because we didn't hear from the Embassy that they received the case. So just wait and do nothing was unacceptable. And I don't know nobody here that already pursue K3 visa. But from other people with different visas as I understand you can't go on a medical on your own, the Embassy panel physician will ask you when is your interview to appoint your examination. I'll inform you how the thing are moving. :)

And good luck

I would rather not get my hopes up- if it is unlikely.

Totally fine!

The beneficiary has to affirm that it is all true and correct, but there is no problem for the petitioner to fill it out on behalf of the beneficiary. If you want, at the end there is a place to enter if someone helped the beneficiary fill out the application. You can always put your name and relationship to the beneficiary in that space.

My husband put no in the someone help is that ok

I have big confusion over sending the Original Indian Police clearance certi to NVC,,,,,,Please need some clarification based on experience at Mumbai consulate,,

As per Mumbai US consulate ,,applicant must have original PCC at time of interview....without that not allowed to enter,,check the link frm mumbai consulate ( http://photos.state.gov/libraries/mumbai/395145/pereirals/Packet4-Infosheet-IV.pdf )

Now i have only one original Indian PCC...which i have to send it to NVC with IV package documents,,,,i think we have to send the original one,,otherwise can get checklist query frm NVC....and case wont be completed without submiting original PCC..

So..i am the NVC stage ,,,ready to send IV civil documents....got big confusion over this,,becoz i read different info. some says we dont need to send original pcc to nvc frm india...some says u dont need original pcc at interview as nvc mailed all file at consulate..( but wht if they wont allow to interview without tht ) ...some says u get 2 originals....i have only one..do i have to apply another one....

Can People who passed from this stage...and had interview at mumbai consulate can provide true guidance over this ..

what did indian applicants did,,,,have you guys sent the original to nvc,,,,what happens at mumbai consulate,,,will they ask for original pcc ??

You are supposed to ask for two police certificates (in addition to two documents, they will also stamp your passport ) at the PSK.

You send out the first one

and the other you keep with you for the appointment
