For some reason when I select a photo and the press either the cropping tool or the download selected photo nothing happens-nada.

Frustrating as I want to set up interview.

Maybe the photo tool requires Flash Player, which iPads don't have.

Edit: I looked it up to try since I am on an iPad. Yep, I was right.

Use the Department of States free photo tool to:

select a digital image stored on your computer

resize and rotate it if necessary

crop it to a square image of exactly 600 x 600 pixels, and

save it to your computer to submit online or for printing

This tool requires Adobe Flash Player 10 or later.
