hey guys

So it's been over 90 days since I had my bio appointment and no interview yet. What should I do?

You can try calling them for an update... sometimes even if they don't give you any useful information, putting in a service request triggers some action on your case.

You can also try going in for an Infopass appointment so you can talk to someone in person.

However, your local office is the slowest one in the country (according to the published backlog data and according to experiences of applicants on VisaJourney) so you may just have a long wait ahead of you no matter what you do.

hey guys

So it's been over 90 days since I had my bio appointment and no interview yet. What should I do?

We have been inline from may 8 and still nothing on my side either. Sorry I guess it is real slow but it is getting to me now.

Just want to add my experience with my re interview this afternoon . My appointment was at 115 pm and io called me in at 115. He told me to put my things downs and that he will record the whole interview. He ask me to tell the truth the whole truth so help me god. I said I do . Then he ask me and my lawyer to sit down. He ask my lawyer for papers because he was not part of the first interview. Then he processed asking for my full name and birthday and address.then he went straight to my old conviction. I gave him my testimony and ask why I did that . The officer was nice but intimidating Then kept reviewing my paper work and said did you get fingerprinted, how much restitution did i pay ? I state yes and then he printed then proceeded to the next question then he printed a form N652 with check marks that states pass English and writing and civic test. And a decision cannot be made again . And he ask me if I had any other questions . I ask how long will this wait be? He said 30 to cone to an decision if it's not approve it will take longer then 30 days . The whole experience was nerve racking and kinda all over the place. I wish I was not to nervous. So now the waiting game continues starting from today.

My question now is when a decision can not be made will uscis have answers before 30 days for an approval. He said that he has to review the video and my paper work with his supervisor.

It is clear to me that my case is not an AF.

Hi everyone!! I had my interview yesterday in Tampa, FL. The wait was short , the Officer was nice and serious, joked with me a little bit, went through the application, asked me 6 test questions and informed me that I have passed my interview. It was easy and pretty straightforward, now just waiting for the Oath Ceremony letter in the mail. Good luck everyone!

N-400 sent on 4/28/2014

Check cashed on 5/3/2014

Text msg & email received 5/5/2014

Biometric appointment letter mailed out on 5/15/2014

Biometric appointment letter received on 5/19/2014 for May 30th,2014

Biometrics done (walk-in) on 5/23/2014

Inline for interview 5/28/2014

Received yellow letter indicating to bring to the interview ID/State DL and all passports on 7/5/2014

USCIS website status changed to ''scheduled for interview" on 7/24/2014

Received letter :interview date will be on 9/2/2014

Interview result : approved :joy:

Oath Ceremony appointment date letter mailed out on 9/5/2014

Online status changed and received letter with Oath Ceremony date for 9/12/2014

09/12/2014 - I AM A United States Citizen!

Do you know what were the 6 questions and also, did you ask for when the next Oath ceremony is ?

Bro....I told you already...mine was different from yours...mine had a decision already and the officer just told me to wait in the mail to know the decision.....yours has no decision after the interview.

Friscoflip how long did it take you for your decision can not be made for your approval

Besides the checked box that we passed the test.

I think you had your box checked for a decision cannot yet be made about your application.

Mine was - USCIS will send you a written decision about your application.

I think its different....just hoping that everything will turn out fine for both our application.
