Please add for banka June 2 as interview notice date

Hi to all . I have is a Concern so I did my initial interview on july 8 I pass the English and writing and civic test .. I did have issues with a past crime that years ago and told the IO everything and gave him all certified copies of ROC and everything they needed . But today I check my status on uscis Website and I'm scheduled for An interview again. Is this normal. I don't get it. Anyone with the same issues .any advice? Thank

I think that's good news. They probably have some questions about your past, you'll have a chance to explain and you'll likely have a decision then.

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

You will get a letter with date and time once your status changes to interview scheduled, for now it's just a waiting game.. Shouldn't take too long..

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

Guys,

I received a yellow letter in the mail from USCIS saying that I need to bring my state issued ID along with all my passports ( including the expired ones).This letter said that it was not an interview notice. my status online still says in line for interview!!! Atlanta office is super slow...Why did I get this yellow letter telling me to bring in my id and passport and I dont even know my interview date yet???

I got one too (a month ago). Now I'm 11 days away from my 90 day waiting period since being in line for interview and waiting to be scheduled. Look at the letter and you will see that it states that it is a pre-interview letter. It is in lieu of an RFE. They are just letting you know what to take to the interview when you are get your interview letter.

05/05/2009 - Received NOA2. Welcome letter for Permanent Residency. I-130 and I-485 approved 04/30/2009
05/08/2009 - Touched. I-485 approval letter sent
05/11/2009 - GC received in the mail. Expires 2019
05/11/2009 - Applied to remove restrictions on my SS Card
05/18/2009 - Received unrestricted SS card
10/13/2009 - My darling husband of 2 yrs 5 months 3 weeks 3 days passed away :(

Congratulations messybrownhair . I still on the waiting game 4 months of being in the n400 process. I still don't get why I'm getting a second interview even though I pass the English and writing and civic test. I wonder what's the second interview going to be. This is nerve-wracking and I hate thinking negative things on this process. Let's cross are fingers for good and positive things for me .
