co-sponsor minimum income requirments/ how many yrs of meeting the income level

Not a good day. My co-sponsor pulled out at the interview stage and a friend of mine agreed to help she makes 30 thousand a yr in a family of 5 including herself she has 2 other people living with her but they support themselves she doesn't claim them on taxes or anything like that. I was wonder if she meets income requirments I read she has to make 31,590 a yr in order to qualify I was wondering if that's all or if the information changed. Also I was wondering if.... I need 3yrs of meeting the income for 1 person or perhaps I could qualify after one yr if the co-sponsor doesn't work out. If anyone knows anything please help we have waited a year working on this fiancé visa and we are finally at the interview stage and need to figure out what to do. you have to check the i864P poverty guideline

so is it a family of 5 including your fiancé, or is it 5 plus your fiancé meaning 6 people

she doesn't have enough income, for 5 it's over 34k for 6 its over 39 for 125% above poverty guideline

not all consulates or embassies accept 100% over poverty guideline, you'd have to check what they do accept, if the do accept that it be 100% you are correct, it's over 31k for 6 people

so she still doesn't make enough
