:dance: The consulate has issued our k-1 visa!!!!!!!!!!!

We feel very fortunate, as only recently filed our I-129F in September 2006.

We wish all the other VJ members a quick and speedy journey.

Oh wanted to place our timeline into this posting. How do We do that?

K1 Visa:

Service Center : Vermont Service Center

Consulate : Singapore

2006-09-25 - I-129F Sent

I-129F NOA1 : never got the hardcopy

2006-10-16 - I-129F NOA2 (*received hard copy on 2007-01-06 by snail mail)

2006-10-20 - NVC Received

2006-10-26 - NVC Left

2006-10-30 - Consulate Received

2006-11-01 - Packet 3 Received

2006-12-06 - Packet 3 Sent

2006-12-12 - Packet 4 Received

2006-12-26 - Interview Date

2007-01-02 - Visa Received

2007-04-27 - Enter US

AOS:

2007-07-06 - AOS/EAD/AP filed

2007-07-21 - NOA1: AOS/EAD/AP

2007-08-08 - Biometrics Appt AOS/EAD

2007-08-10 - RFE Received

2007-08-13 - RFE Sent

2007-08-17 - Able to Track AOS Online (response RFE Received, case processing resumed)

2007-08-20 - AOS Touch

2007-09-13 - EAD Card Production Ordered

2007-09-13 - AP Approved

2007-09-21 - AP Received in mail

2007-09-24 - EAD Card received in mail

2007-09-28 - started work

2007-10-16 - Case transferred to California for processing

2007-11-01 - AOS Card production ordered

2007-11-06 - Green Card in hand & AOS Aproval letter received --"Welcome Letter"

LIFTING CONDITIONS:

2009-09-12 - I-751 Removal of conditions filed

2010-01-08 - Approved for Permanent Green Card

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

Wow congrats! :) I hope I will get mine soon...except that we stumbled on getting the income tax return. For some reason, my fiance's workplace is not "producin" W2 for a while...not until January 22 or so. And he has not filed his taxes for 4 years.... dang..... haha. Wish us luck!! :)

Dec 12th, 2006 E-mail from NVC : Petition forwarded to US Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia

Dec 14th, 2006 E-mail from US Embassy in Jakarta : Packet 3

Jan 08th, 2007 Medical exam! --- Done! Dunno the result tho......... =/

Feb 06th, 2007 Sent packet 3 back to the Embassy with DHL!!!

Feb 15th, 2007 Packet 4 (By phone...)

Feb 22nd, 2007 Interview date!! - VISA APPROVED!!!!!

Apr 15th, 2007 POE : Detroit

May 04th, 2007 Barefoot wedding at Hutchinson Island, FL

May 09th, 2007 Applied for SSN

May 18th, 2007 SSN Received

June 9th, 2007 AOS + EAD paperwork sent

June 15th, 2007 NOA1 for AOS and EAD

June 18th, 2007 CHECKS CASHED (for both AOS and EAD)

July 10th, 2007 Biometrics Appt.

Aug 02nd, 2007 AOS transferred to CSC

Aug 22nd, 2007 EAD card production ordered!

Aug 29th, 2007 Greencard production ordered!!

Aug 31st, 2007 EAD card received

Sept 7th, 2007 2 Year Greencard received

June 24, 2009 I-751 sent (Priority Mail)

June 29, 2009 NOA 1

03/16/03: Met the love of my life

01/24/06: Officially began our relationship

11/01/06: He proposed marriage :)

02/17/07: I-129F Sent to NSC

02/23/07: I-129F NOA1

02/28/07: I-129F NOA2 (found out while checking on-line)

03/02/07: Received hard copy NOA1

03/08/07: Received hard copy NOA2

03/13/07: NVC sent packet to La Habana

03/27/07: Telegram "sent" to fiance to pick up packet 3... never received

04/02/07: I contacted the "embassy" to find out status of case and set up pick up date

04/04/07: Fiance picked up packet 3

04/05/07: I called toll-free # here to set up appointment for my fiancé

05/10/07: Interview scheduled for 7:30AM... Visa Approved!!!!!!!!

05/14/07: Picks up passport/visa and brown sealed envelope

05/15/07: Paperwork for the carta blanca turned in

05/24/07: Carta Blanca received and bought plane ticket

06/04/07: Entry into the US... together again!!!!!!!

08/07/07: MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5/11/2006----Sent I129F.

6/15/2006----Recieved NOA1.

6/22/2006----Recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/12/2006----Replied to RFE (IMBRA) Sent back.

7/17/2006----Our 1 year Anniversary!!!!

7/19/2006----VSC recieved RFE (IMBRA).

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!
