I saw on TSC April filers topic that an April filer got approved! And I checked Igor's List today and saw another April approval, and I made sure to look at their timelines and posts and stuff, as I suspected that they might be from CSC but they really are from TSC. What does this mean?? I don't understand what TSC is doing, why are they approving April filers when there are January and even Decembers filers waiting???

March 25, 2014: I-129f sent. April 16, 2015: Date filed.

April 1, 2014: NOA1 received & check cashed. April 22, 2015: NOA received.
April 2, 2014: Alien Registration Number changed.
Sep 16, 2014: NOA2 - Petition approved!
Sep 23, 2014: Case shipped to NVC.

Oct 01, 2014: Case arrived at NVC.

Oct 03, 2014: Got our case number!

Oct 06, 2014: Left NVC.

Oct 17, 2014: At the Embassy.

Oct 22, 2014: Packet 3 received.

Nov 03, 2014: Packet 3 sent.

Nov 11, 2014: Medical examination.

Dec 2, 2014: Packet 4 received.

Dec 8, 2014: Interview! (Approved!!!)

Dec 10, 2014: Visa received!!!

Feb 22, 2015: Happily ever after! :-)

April 16, 2015: Filed Adjustment of STatus.

April 22, 2015: AOS NOA received.

May 14, 2015: Biometrics appointment.

October 09, 2015: AOS approved!

I believe one of the April filers has a beneficiary in the Philippines - which could explain why they are already approved.

okay, i see. i thought you meant you saw two that were recently approved. but maybe the one on Igor's list is the same one you saw mentioned in the Aprils thread.

Igor's list does show two approvals april approvals for TSC. one approved on 6/13 (Philippines) and a second on 6/16 (Austria).

i believe we also had one january filer from TSC that was approved in less than 60 days. and it turned out just to be a fluke (obviously - because most of us are still waiting :)). my guess is that it's the same with this april filer.

Lots of movement in the TSC! Maybe they finally listened to all our complaints.

Today I called the congresswoman who helped me before, her office said that the emailed the TSC on the 13th and have not gotten a response.

I called the second senator and his office said that they received my letter and release form but they dont know how long before they can look into it, if they choose to look into it. I guess the congress/senate way is based on luck too.

Senator Gillibrand is helping me, Senator Schumer will get you nowhere fast!

I wrote a letter to Schumer first, no replies at all. This monday I sent my info to senator Gillibrand. Hopefully I will have better luck. How long before she replied to you?

Give them a call, they actually answer the phone and talk to you! When they answer just say you want to check if someone is working with your immigration case and they'll transfer you to them. I was able to speak with the actual person that is working on my case.

Give them a call, they actually answer the phone and talk to you! When they answer just say you want to check if someone is working with your immigration case and they'll transfer you to them. I was able to speak with the actual person that is working on my case.

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview
