What does Alien Registration Number was changed relating....

I just got a text that it was updated and checked and had this message: Alien Registration Number was changed relating to you 129F, does anyone know what this means (I'm sure it has been asked before)..... If this means that I should get NOA2 soon I will flip out... I SENT my 129F in on Feb 4th!!

February 4, 2014: I-129f sent

February 11, 2014: I-129f delivered

February 14, 2014: NOA1 received via email/text

February 18, 2014: NOA1 received in mail (dated 2/11)

February 19, 2014: Alien Registration Number changed

May 28, 2014: RFE issued

May 30, 2014: Text/ email that RFE was issued

June 2, 2014: RFE hardcopy received

June 3, 2014: RFE reply sent

June 4, 2014: RFE reply Received

June 10, 2014: NOA 2 (Text)

Rats.... I was hoping this is something that happens right before the NOA2 gets sent.... I did read on here some who only got the text it was still 4 months where others got both text and email and was approved hours later. I d get both the email and text, It's in California Service and I have seen a HUGE trend that people that filed late Jan early Feb are getting NOAs in 10-15 days....

I'll keep praying that I am one of the lucky10-15 day people.

February 4, 2014: I-129f sent

February 11, 2014: I-129f delivered

February 14, 2014: NOA1 received via email/text

February 18, 2014: NOA1 received in mail (dated 2/11)

February 19, 2014: Alien Registration Number changed

May 28, 2014: RFE issued

May 30, 2014: Text/ email that RFE was issued

June 2, 2014: RFE hardcopy received

June 3, 2014: RFE reply sent

June 4, 2014: RFE reply Received
