If I am on temporary cash aid in california and I will be attending some courses after which I plan to work, what do I put on the I-134 for my job. We do have a sponser. However when I called the Dept of Homeland Sec. number for visa help I was told I need to fill it out also. Should I put number 7 that I recieve xash aid and send letter acompanying it that I will be attending a cousrse and will end at specific date and will obatain job? Do I put i am student and where I attend? Does anyone know this answer? I will be appreciative. thank you.

Since no one seems to be answering you I will give you my thoughts on this which are no more than an educated guess.

I would not mention the aid. It is not important and I am sure they would not take kindly to aid being used to pay for support of a K-1 beneficiary. The sponsor is what is important. Give them the sponsor information and I would just enter that you are a student (perhaps listing your field of study) and that you will be graduating on XX/XXXX and will be obtaining employment after graduation.

As long as the sponser has the sufficient income the rest should be unimportant.

12/14/2006 Applied for K-1 with request for Waver for Multiple filings within 2 years.
