Can anyone tell me. What would be the next step, we already have the letter from the NVC that the packet was already sent to US Embassy... Do we have to really wait for the Embassy to contact us or send an email for the next step... because it is more than 2 months now and we haven't received anything yet. Usually the US embassy will send an email to the beneficiary with attached appointment letter stating the date of interview and panel physicians for the medical, and instructions on what documents to bring in the interview, there also stated to fill the DS 160 form. It will take like a week after they got the papers from the nvc. I think you have to contact the embassy because as you said it was already two months delayed. I hope this will help you. We checked it online, https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/. It stated there ready for interview. Then wait for the email for your beneficiary because I believe they'll not email the petitioner anymore, that what happened to us. We have waited for a week when we received the email from us embassy.

Hi. I was in uae until nvc sent it to the embassy. I just have it transferred to Manila. I got the email from embassy after 2 weeks it left nvc. Dont worry, it will come soon. Expect your interview will be after 2-3 months.

As I have remembered, you both wrote a letter of intent right? Correct me if I'm wrong, and stated in the letter were your contact address,mobile numbers and the email add.. So it happens that they'll get the information stated in there. If you didnt indicate it there, then I guess you have to contact the us embassy right away. I hope this will help. Godbless
