Petitioners Passport I-129 ans birth certificate

Does my fiancee (petitioner) have to photocopy and submit a copy of EVERY page of his

passport ..even though only 2 pages has a stamp..If so ..when ahould we submit it ?? ... Also can we just photocopy his birth certificate or do we have to send in original ??

He needs all pages if he is using it to prove his US citizenship.

If he is just using it to prove meeting you in person within the last 2 years, then it may suffice to provide just the pages with the stamps. That's what we did, and we were fine. You might want to at least copy the bio page as well for easy verifiation that the stamps are from pages in his passport and not someone else's.

He doesn't need to send in an original birth certificate. He just needs a front and back copy of it in long form.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!
