yes my husband just forward me mail with attached info for i-130. We just received case number and iin...

You have to pick a route then. Either go with the K3 and pay twice as much money or wait a little longer and go with the CR1. I recommend the CR1 honestly, especially since you already have the case and IIN numbers and you don't even have an answer from the embassy on progressing with the P3.

We'll go with CR-1 route. I'll be the agent on my own. On DS 261, when the ask about choise of agent should i check no, because I'll be agent by my self?

NLR HELPPP :)))

We received case number and IIN so it's better now to go CR-1 route. For the beginning because i will be agent on my own LOL, because I'm unumployed and have more time.
When they ask do i have a agent should i check no?
and for the address is it smart to put my postal address or my husband?
Thank youuu, I'm so exited

Choose the USC to be the agent. Your husband should give over both of your email addresses anyhow (or you can) so they will simply email you everything. The form is really pointless and should be gotten rid of IMHO (and Saylin's) . Here is where you can read all about the NVC: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/486029-nvc-guides-faqs/

Hello guys. I hope everything is fine with everybody. As of now, both our 130 and 129 are pending, till I pay the corresponding visa fees. Our 130 is at NVC while our 129 is at the US Embassy in Manila. Which one should we pursue? My wife is currently in Dubai right now, working, but she will be going back to the Philippines at the end of her contract on July. Right now, our next step is to pay the visa application fee.

If you don't care about paying to adjust after entering the US. Go with the K3. You'll save yourself the 3 months of processing at the NVC.
