I am currently filling out forms for my husbands G-325A forms. My husband was born and is living in Cuba. For these documents they are asking for the city and country of his birth. On his birth certificate it says that he was born in the Municipio of Mayari and the Provincia of Holguin. What should I put for the city Mayari or Holguin? I know Cuba is the country, but I am not sure what to put for the city.

You have to put Mayari.

Municipio is the Spanish legal for for town, city, village...

You have to put mayari because that is the city, holguin is the state , cuba is the country but my advice is to look on his birth certificate because some time it will said holguin , holguin , cuba .

Because Holguin is also the capital of the state of Holguin and so many people from small towns born in the main Hospital .

agreed, you have to put Mayari. I did the same for my man (city: Trinidad, state: Sancti Spiritus, country: Cuba . . . and if they only ask for city and country, I only put Trinidad, Cuba)

I have the same question.. filling out the I-129 form it states for the Cuban City/Town, then State then postal code and province and then last country.

How would this get filled out for someone that states municipio - plaza de la revolucian, provincia - cuidad de la hababa massulisco (not sure that is spelled correctly hard to read the certificate).

But as for his current address I have no idea how to fill that out on the form? He lives in Marianao so would that be his city/town then i would put la habana as the province and cuba of course as the country and forget the postal code and state?
