You provide no timeline, so we can not provide any advice. Did you get the GC via an I-130 or AOS via a K-1 visa?

1) Go to http://www.uscis.gov/n-400 and complete the eligibility worksheet (3rd link from the top). You can and should also read M-476, A Guide to Naturalization in full. How long it takes to become a citizen varies by case and by local office. You can see my timelime for how long it took me, but I'm below the average.

2) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moroccan_nationality_law#Dual_citizenship -- apparently, yes.

How you got your green card is not a problem. You have been a resident since 2009. This July Inchallah you will be eligible to apply. Around July 15 to 21your window opens up. You have to count 5 years minus 90 days since your resident date on your green card.

Yes Morrocan can keep their citizenship. You will be a citizen with God's will when you finish your citizenship process. Good luck

If your are married to a US citizen them your window opened 2 years ago.

thank you ,for replying, so 09/21/2009 minus 90 days that would be 06/21/2009.

I will be filling based on 5 years residency

No, 90 days is not 3 months. Your eligibility date is June 22nd, 2014, not June 21st. They will reject your application if you send it even one day early. And just to be safe, I suggest you wait a few days past your eligibility date. Send your application around June 30th for example.
