So, I needed to use a sponsor for my AOS, my brother and his wife has agreed to help us. I need to complete a I-864,my Brother does an I-864 and my sister-In law does a I-864a. Me and my Brother have received are last 3 years. tax transcripts form the IRS. So what other documents are required for my Bother who is self-employed for the past 10 years and meets the guidelines..does he also need to submit his W-2's and 1099's and schedules??. And since they filed a joint return can we just make a copy of their tax transcripts and just separate both their W-2's from their original 1040's and make copies for my sister-in laws. I-864a and my brothers I-864.I think I read that we have to show their income needs to be separated, whats the right and correct way to submit it to the NVC. And also what other supporting documents do they need from all of us?? we all live in the same household. Just trying to get it right the 1ST time and pray we don't get an RFE .this process has us all stressed!
