Hello Friends ,

I need advice from you , kindly help me ...

My Principal sponsor & Joint sponsor can not get 2013 Tax Return now

And i have paid AOS fee and ready to submit documents

Can i send 2010,2011,2012 Tax return from my joint sponsor ?

If I AM NOT WRONG !!!!

My Primary sponsor just need 2012 Tax Return ????

My Joint sponsor need 2010,2011,2012 Tax return ?????

NOTE : JOINT SPONSOR IS ( LPR )

Please Advice

2012 ITR and W2 is all they need to submit to NVC. Past ITR is just optional.

Bring the 2013 ITR and W2 to the interview.

W2 isn't needed unless you're sending the entire tax return vs tax return transcripts or if your joint sponsor is married and doesn't want their spouse to do a I-864a. Pay stubs and/or a letter from an employer to prove CURRENT income should be sent however.

2013 taxes are not needed period until after 04/15/2014.
